Amen, I say to you, if you have faith the size of a mustard seed,
you will say to this mountain,
'Move from here to there,' and it will move.
Nothing will be impossible for you.
Matthew 17:20
My daughter called to tell me that the sweet little girl fish
she is expecting on Christmas Eve
has a cleft lip and possibly a cleft palate.
There is also a chance that there could be a heart defect as well.
She and her husband will be going into Boston Children's hospital
all day long on Monday for a barrage of tests.
I have been asking everyone I know to storm the gates of heaven with prayer
for our sweet little fish.
Your request has so moved on my heart for two reasons - our granddaughter just came into this world and we live in the Boston area as well. May God be with your daughter, your son-in-law, your little one and you too, as they move forward with testing. Praying for the Lord to keep their hearts and minds wrapped in His peace. May He keep His hand on this little one for all of her days. I will be praying.

Prayed - and added to my daily prayer list.
ReplyDeleteI am praying. My good friend's grand baby had the same prognosis. He has no heart defect and after his surgery for his cleft palate you can hardly tell he had one. Whether through miracle healing or through the miracle of skilled surgeons I pray for your little one. I also pray for your daughter and for you.
ReplyDeleteThis verse from Mathew has always been one of my favorites. I am praying for your daughter, son-in-law and little granddaughter. God is watching your sweet little girl fish with love.
ReplyDeleteI'll be adding my mustard seed to the pile, Kara.
ReplyDeleteBlessings to you and your family--do keep us all posted on how things progress.
Prayers sent up for your family. God is amazing, and there is power in prayer. Blessing to all of you.
